Mentoring

Welcome to the mentoring page of the Kansas referee website. I have been associated with refereeing in the state of Kansas for over 30 years and owe much of my success to many mentors who guided me throughout my career. Now it is my time to mentor others and to give back to the referee program. 

The goal of the program is to create a consistent mentoring program throughout the state of Kansas that allows new referees the opportunity to continue with their education, grow as referees, and, through the ‘fast track’ program,   allow our upper level referees the opportunity to referee at the highest level possible.
